Urban Infraconstruction is looking for a Survey Party Chief to join our Operations Team.

Responsibilities:

• Oversees construction staking, topographic surveys, and as-built documentation across diverse construction projects.
• Operate and maintain various survey equipment, such as total stations, GPS, levels, lasers, and data collectors.
• Perform calculations, measurements, and adjustments of survey data, using software and manuals.
• Communicate and coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and clients, regarding the survey requirements, specifications, and results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of experience in construction surveying.
• Proficient in using survey equipment, software, and methods.
• Knowledge of the survey principles, practices, and procedures.
• Able to read and interpret construction plans, maps and documents.
