Job Overview : Designs and implements user interfaces, including graphics, typography, animation, and user centric functionality; performs development and maintenance programming for user interfaces powered by Large Language Models and Agentic systems. Performs usability testing; and enhances user satisfaction and interaction with applications and content. Leads or performs complex design of online products. Key Responsibilities : Conduct user research to gather insights on user needs, behaviors, and pain points. Develop user personas, journey maps, and other research artifacts to inform design decisions. Collaborate with designers and product managers to translate research findings into actionable design recommendations. Design AI implementations within IQVIA tools and systems. Work with IQVIA stakeholders to develop UX vision for AI. Plan and conduct usability testing to evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions. Analyze and synthesize research data to generate insights and inform product strategy. Stay updated with the latest advancements in UI / UX research methodologies and AI technologies. Qualifications : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, or a related field. Proven experience in conducting user research and usability testing. Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices. Experience with research tools and software (e.g., User Testing, Optimal Workshop, SPSS). Excellent analytical and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment. Desired Skills : Experience with AI or machine learning projects. Knowledge of UI / UX design tools (e.g., Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD). Familiarity with data visualization techniques and tools. Certification in UX research or design.
