This individual will work closely with purchasing and operations / supply chain teams to verify that suppliers are meeting regulatory standards and aligning with the company’s values as well as help implement transparency initiatives, such as supply chain audits, supplier scorecards, or public reporting frameworks like the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) or sustainability disclosures.

  • Clearly communicate ECOS environmental sustainability requirements to suppliers and discuss how they can reduce their carbon footprint in the production process.
  • Provide resources and guidance to assist suppliers in implementing sustainable practices & Product Carbon Footprints (PCFs)
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities in supplier sustainability practices
  • Build expertise in procurement and procurement categories across the organization
  • Develop reports on supplier performance regarding ethical sourcing.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate procurement risks related to non-compliance in the supply chain
  • Trace the origins of raw materials, providing assurance to consumers and stakeholders about product quality and authenticity
  • Manage the annual completion of the THESIS report
  • Handing additional special projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements :

In order to be successful, you will need :
