Job Description
Job Description
At Bim.com , we connect the people who build with the products they build with. Are you ready to join this exciting journey as a Business Development Manager, EandoX within North America?
Together with us, you will make a difference, both for our customers and the planet. We offer you the unique opportunity to be part of a small team within a global company of 160 employees. In this role, you will play a key role in implementing the go-to-market strategy of our LCA & EPD software “ EandoX ” across the US market - building partnerships, supporting sales, and helping manufacturers turn environmental product data into a living business asset.
About EandoX
EandoX is a highly innovative software, brought to market by an entrepreneurial business unit within the BIMobject Group, that leverages a new approach to product LCA to help manufacturers simplify how they create and manage environmental product data - enabling them to serve this data for project bids, certification and reporting purposes in any format required (e.g. EPDs, carbon footprint reports etc.). Our mission is to make sustainability simple, data-driven, and profitable for the building industry and beyond.
As our new Business Development Manager for EandoX, you will…
- Identify and secure new commercial opportunities and partnerships for EandoX in the US market
- Cultivate relationships with key actors in the US (e.g. EPD Program Operators, LCA and Sustainability consultancies, …) to establish a strong presence in the US market
- Work closely with the BIMobject North America team to drive and enable sales and overall commercial success in the region
- Actively manage and support our US customers and partners, guiding them through onboarding and enabling long-term success
- Collaborate closely with the rest of the EandoX team (Sales, Marketing, LCA, Product) to effectively extend our reach to the US market
- Help shape go-to-market strategies and localize our EandoX offering for the US market
We believe that you…
Practicalities
This position is fully remote within the United States, preferably based in Eastern Time (ET ± 1). You will collaborate closely with colleagues across the US and Europe and report to the General Manager for the North American team. You will also collaborate closely with the Business Director of EandoX, who is located in Malmö, Sweden.
We know that applying for a job can be intimidating and that applicants rarely meet (or feel that they meet) every single criterion. So, if this role looks like a great next step for you, please apply even if you can’t “check every box.”
More about Bim.com
The industry is on a journey to build better. To succeed, the people who build need better information about the products they use. And better access to it. Bim.com is the central source of product information for the construction industry and the engine behind an ecosystem of software, tools, and services that enable the information to be used at all different stages of a construction project. By doing so, Bim.com enables those who build to make informed decisions, work smarter, and enhance the overall efficiency and quality of the construction project.
Building better starts with us too, a dedicated group of people collecting all this data from the manufacturers and creating the platforms under the Bim.com umbrella for distributing it. These are currently : BIMobject - the industry’s global, open library of BIM files. Prodikt - the building project tool with integrated sustainability data. The Design App - automating climate calculations in building design. On top of that, supporting distributors and partners with data directly from Bim.com . Lastly, for the manufacturer, we offer EandoX , LCA and BIM services - for creating product information and making it ready for the market.
