Join Our Dynamic Team as a Personal Fitness Coach!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and grow an active client base ensuring personalized attention for each individual.
• Maintain an accurate and organized schedule for client appointments and meetings using our internal systems.
• Market and promote personal training programs through various channels including calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
• Stay informed about all club services, programs, and products to provide expert assistance to clients.
• Conduct fitness assessments and guided workouts to help clients achieve their goals.
• Enhance every member's experience by interacting and motivating them during their workouts.
• Design and coach customized fitness programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and safe workout environment during all shifts and sessions.
• Engage in continual professional development through classes and training sessions.
• Participate actively in team meetings and one-on-one sessions with management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification or a relevant bachelor's degree.
• Opportunities for certification reimbursement if not currently certified.
• Current CPR/AED certification (training available for those who need it).
• Strong passion for fitness and a desire to help others.
• Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Great organizational and time management abilities.
• Basic proficiency with computers and technology.
• A positive, energetic, and respectful attitude.

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$70 per session; $17.87 per hour for non-session work; potential for additional incentive bonuses.
