Job Description

Supports the installation, configuration, and maintenance of purchased applications or application frameworks. Participates in the design configuration, problem diagnosis, maintenance, and installation of application systems and / or user group profiles. Validates system functionality after changes. Participates in testing and installing new software releases and application system upgrades. Analyzes, monitors, and fine-tunes the application system to achieve optimum performance levels. Works with internal infrastructure teams and vendors to resolve issues with hardware and software.

Maintains a comprehensive operating system hardware and software configuration database / library of all supporting documentation to ensure data integrity. Participates with application system problem resolution by working with application developers, vendors and internal infrastructure team members to troubleshoot.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

Six or more years of experience in application development

Preferred Skills / Experience :

Extensive knowledge of IT environment

Working knowledge of IT service, change and problem management

Extensive knowledge of IT systems management

Extensive knowledge of system software infrastructure, distribution and installation / support

Working knowledge of application delivery including release management

Working knowledge of computer operations

Working knowledge of hardware infrastructure

Strong problem-solving skills with accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work cooperatively and professionally with co-workers, customers and management

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Subject matter experience in :

Managing Microsoft Teams platform

Producing Microsoft Teams Live Events / Microsoft Teams Townhall (internal / external production, video distribution providers, video encoders)

Installing, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Teams Room (MTR) systems

Wireless display, room schedulers, digital signage

Call Quality Dashboard, PowerBI analytics of Quality of Experience Report (QER) for Teams, and other tools used for analytics and adoption metrics

Microsoft Teams Room Pro Management Portal, Teams Admin Center

ServiceNow incident, change, request support

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range : $105,400.00 - $124,000.00 - $136,400.00
