This ServiceNow Developer will focus on core ITSM modules. The role is hybrid - please note that any applicants must be willing to go in office 3 days / week in the Phoenix metro. No C2C / Subvendors for this role.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions focusing on ITSM modules.
Customize and configure ITSM applications like Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management within ServiceNow.
Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and external data sources using APIs and connectors.
Develop and maintain ServiceNow workflows, scripts, and automation to improve service delivery efficiency.
Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow environments to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
2-5+ years of experience with ServiceNow development, specifically in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change).
Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and ServiceNow APIs for system customizations.
Solid understanding of ITIL processes and their implementation within ServiceNow.
Experience with ServiceNow Service Portal, integrations, and building custom applications.
