Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Tableau Developer with 10+ years of experience in data visualization, backend development, data validation, and documentation in the banking domain. The ideal candidate will have strong Tableau Dashboard designing skills, SQL skills, a deep understanding of database systems, and excellent presentation skills to effectively communicate insights to stakeholders. Familiarity with SAS and Python would be preferred.

Key Responsibilities :

• Tableau Development : Design, develop, and optimize interactive Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Backend & Data Processing : Work with large datasets, ensuring efficient extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) Tableau Prep processes.
• SQL & Database Management : Write complex SQL queries, optimize database performance, and ensure data accuracy.
• Data Validation & Quality Assurance : Conduct thorough data validation and testing to maintain high data integrity.
• Documentation & Reporting : Create detailed documentation for dashboards, data processes, and business logic.
• Presentation & Stakeholder Communication : Present findings and dashboards to business leaders, translating data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration : Work closely with data engineers, analysts, and business teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
