Recruiter
As a Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates to fill vacant positions within the organization. You will collaborate with management across various service areas, business units, or departments to ensure staffing objectives are met using cost-effective techniques. Your responsibilities will include writing job postings, conducting interviews, and developing relationships with internal stakeholders. You will also support a diverse workforce and ensure compliance with local and regional hiring guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with management to source, select, and hire qualified candidates. This includes proactive pipelining.
- Write and post job advertisements.
- Review applications and conduct interviews to assess candidates' qualifications.
- Coordinate job advertising in various media and attend job fairs.
- Utilizing key selling points to a passive talent market to drive attraction.
- Work with external recruiters and employment agencies to identify candidates.
- Meet with business leaders to discuss current market intelligence. Use data and analytics to drive key objectives.
- Assist in training line management on recruiting and selection processes.
- Support a diverse workforce and comply with hiring guidelines.
- Stay informed about market trends impacting candidate attraction.
- Provide timely employee-related information to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a staffing function as a recruiter or a combination of recruiter and specialist experience.
- Sound knowledge of legislation in the recruiting process.
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office and HRIS applications.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of market trends.
- Good customer service skills and high discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and plan routine activities.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients.
- Must be located in Central or Eastern time zone and in the US.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $42,200.00 - $136,300.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
