Compensation : $40k-$45k + Commission

Schedule : In-Office, Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

How You'll Do It

• Engages & participates with the recruiting / sourcing using all resources effectively
• Accurately document in real-time client job order requests and keep updated within operational software system
• Performing applicant interviews to include contingent job offer & required document process
• Sourcing, screening, interviewing a min of 10+ candidates weekly
• Manages & performs drug screen process and compliance
• Ensure completion and compliance of background checks for new hires
• Facilitates and conducts company & client orientations to qualified candidates
• Responsible for documenting all candidate / associate communications, maintain personnel file, and facilitate employee separations along with feedback surveys / exit interviews
• All other duties as assigned

Physical Requirements : To successfully perform the duties of this job, the associate is required to have the ability and skills sufficient to communicate and visit other offices, prospects and clients. In addition, the associate must have the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch and manipulate light to medium weights of 10 - 50 pounds. Requires good hand / eye coordination, arm / hand / finger dexterity including the ability to grasp and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate office equipment, read and write information.
