Our world-class team includes experts in all aspects of spacecraft subsystems design, development, and test, on-orbit operations, and safety.
We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic and rapidly expanding organization. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing technically complex requisitions from start to finish, partnering with key stakeholders, and cultivating meaningful relationships.
Responsibilities :
- Partner with engineering and business functional leaders to gain insight into Intuitive Machines’ programs and staffing requirements to effectively recruit and retain competitive talent.
- Manage end to end recruitment processes from requirement gathering, candidate screening, interview preparation, feedback, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain relationships with local area organizations, universities, and Intuitive Machines project partners to maintain talent pipeline across various channels.
- Increase Intuitive Machines' presence in the local and national market by attending career fairs, engagement panels, networking events, etc.
- Assist in process improvement efforts to streamline sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and related recruiting practices.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
