Job Description
Job Overview :
Provide information, training, and support to Domino’s Team Members & Assistant Managers. The TNT divides his / her time between program creation, planning and, execution delivering educational training presentations to Team Members about topics pertaining to 5-Star Operations in our locations. Duties include recruitment & coordination, training development, one-on-one training, delivering presentations, materials and evaluation development, and event planning.
Responsibilities
Recruitment & Coordination (10%)
- Track & monitor team member applications.
- Contact, Schedule, Pre-Interview, In-person Interview
- Perform NTO’s.
- Assist GMs with staffing needs.
- Onboarding
Training Development (20%)
Training (50%)
Support : Pizza Making / Operations (15%)
Event Planning (5%)

Qualifications
Requirements :
Restaurant experience a plus
Recruiting experience is a plus.
Training experience is preferred

Additional Information
2 store locations $900 weekly = $46,800 annually
2 stores $150 per store $300 weekly potential $15,600 annually
Training is provided and an American Express card is provided to cover fuel and oil changes for vehicle in use.
