Job Summary
Dentive is looking for an Acquisition Marketing Manager who will serve as a key player of the Dentive Marketing team. The role requires a proactive team member who can focus on identifying and connecting new patients who deserve comprehensive care with our partners’ specialty dental offices.
Essential Functions
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns, identifying new patients who desire and deserve comprehensive care and connecting them with doctors and offices
- Manage day-to-day execution of paid media campaigns to engage and connect prospective patients seeking care with doctors and offices
- Manage paid media budgets and channel mix to best practice levels of efficiency and effectiveness, in collaboration with Marketing team experts and partners
- In collaboration with Marketing team, create compelling content from top-funnel awareness, through consideration, conversion and follow up
- Implement and optimize automation workflows, ensuring a seamless, best-in-class experience for prospective patients
- Collaborate with Marketing team to build effective assets (ad creative, landing pages, calls to action) and implement tracking for paid media campaigns
- Collaborate with VP of Marketing to establish clear goals, timelines, budgets and reporting cadence to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate with doctors and offices to ensure campaigns are meeting their needs, sharing results transparently
- Other duties as assigned
