Job Description
Dandelion Energy is seeking a Director Talent Acquisition to lead and scale our recruiting efforts, with a focus on hiring top-tier sales and technical talent. As a key partner to leadership, you will help shape the company's hiring strategy, build strong talent pipelines, and drive an outstanding candidate experience.
In this role, you will manage the recruitment team and work closely with hiring managers to ensure we attract, assess, and hire the best talent to drive Dandelion's growth. You will also play a pivotal role in enhancing our employer brand, streamlining recruiting processes, and optimizing our recruiting tech stack.
This is an in-person position based at our Arlington, VA headquarters—one block from the Courthouse metro station (Orange and Silver lines), with easy access from DC, Northern VA, and Bethesda.

Build and scale a best-in-class recruiting function
- Manage and develop the recruiting function, ensuring a high-impact, culturally responsive, and results-driven hiring process.
- Establish recruiting best practices, ensuring alignment across hiring managers and leadership.
- Leverage data and analytics to track key recruiting metrics, optimize processes, and drive hiring efficiency.
Drive strategic hiring for sales and technical roles
