A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Strategy Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with hiring managers to develop tailored hiring plans and strategiesLead and mentor a team of recruiters to ensure high performance and engagementUtilize data and analytics to optimize recruiting processes and improve candidate experienceRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related technical or human resources fieldAt least three years of recruiting experience, with a minimum of three years managing a teamThorough understanding of recruiting methods, best practices, and employment lawsExperience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologySHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
