POSITION SUMMARYSony Corporation of America (SCA) is recruiting a Technical Talent Acquisition Specialist for the Human Resources team. This role will focus on technical recruitment for the enterprise-wide rollout of Sony's Engagement Platform Services (SEPS). This platform utilizes technologies from Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) and other internal teams to provide capabilities in digital commerce, personalization, account & identity services, and developer enablement. This role will focus on identifying and attracting diverse talent to support the rollout of the Sony Engagement Platform. The position reports to the Talent Acquisition Manager. This assignment will be a fixed-term, 12-month position with a hybrid schedule based out of our Los Angeles or San Diego office.JOB RESPONSIBILITIESDevelop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain high-quality technical talent.Manage the full life-cycle recruitment for positions, including sourcing, screening, presenting candidates, interviewing, and negotiating offers.Maintain a talent pipeline of qualified active and passive candidates by proactively using creative sourcing strategies, both internally & externally, to identify and attract competitive
