Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist (Technical) who will support our Recruiting and Talent Acquisition team throughout all stages of the full recruiting cycle for technical positions. This role involves partnering closely with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment life cycle, including reviewing applications, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating interviews, and closing for various technical roles.
- Successfully manage 15+ active requisitions while maintaining a high quality of hire.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, create engaging job descriptions, define efficient recruitment strategies, and continuously calibrate candidate and department needs.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through creative sourcing strategies, networking, and the use of various recruiting tools.
- Serve as the candidate’s point of contact throughout the hiring process, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate and timely data in ATS systems such as Greenhouse and Workday.
- Collaborate closely with the Human Resources team during the offer and onboarding process.
- Provide updates and reporting on hiring activity.
- Assist with market and compensation analysis, as well as competitor insights, to guide decision-making for job postings and offers.
- Partner with Recruiting team members for project, process, and interview training.
Essential Skills
- Technical recruiting expertise within the aerospace, defense, or electronics manufacturing with full-cycle recruiting experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience for engineering disciplines.
- Proficiency with ATS systems like Greenhouse and Workday.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office and recruiting tools like Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, or a High School Diploma with 12 years of equivalent experience.
- Experience in defense, aerospace, electronics manufacturing, communications, or networking technology.
Work Environment
This position is based at our headquarters in the vibrant heart of West Los Angeles, CA, with a hybrid schedule. A minimum of 3 days onsite per week is expected,

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $120000.00 - $140000.00/yr.
