Qualifications
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Proficient in leveraging technology, including social media, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
The role involves working closely with leadership and the talent acquisition team to identify and attract top talent. Responsibilities include sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, supporting onboarding, and participating in hiring events. This position plays a key role in fostering relationships with potential hires and ensuring recruitment processes align with company policies and strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Sourcing and Selection
Partner with managers to understand staffing needs and develop clear hiring criteria.
Utilize online platforms, professional networks, and industry associations to identify qualified candidates.
Attend career fairs and networking events to build talent pipelines.
Post job openings across various channels and monitor application activity.
Conduct initial candidate screenings and facilitate interview scheduling for the hiring team.
Maintain accurate documentation of candidate interactions in the applicant tracking system.
Offer and Onboarding Coordination
Extend job offers and provide details about compensation, benefits, and company policies.
Guide candidates through pre-employment requirements, including background checks and compliance verifications.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure new hires are fully prepared for their first day, including training and system access setup.
Support for Special Programs
Coordinate the pre-employment process for program participants, such as students or interns, ensuring all documentation and compliance requirements are met.
Manage onboarding activities and maintain accurate records for program participants.
