The HR Specialist Talent Acquisition will support the HR Supervisor Talent Acquisition with recruitment, pre-employment, and onboarding duties. Responsible for administering, and tracking, the pre-employment process for all agency applicants. Responsible for the administration of system onboarding for all new hires. Responsible for attending all recruiting fairs for the OCOK Northeast region. Responsible for coordinating prescreening and scheduling interviews for OCOK's Northeast region. The job requires sensitivity to the service population's cultural and socioeconomic characteristics.
Working Conditions:
Sitting long periods of time at computer, receive and return phone calls. Occasional travel to recruiting events.

Education: High School diploma required.
Experience : One-year experience in general Human Resources. Experience with HRIS/ATS required. Experience in recruiting is preferred. Microsoft Office experience required. Proficient in Excel.
Functional: Must be able to handle multiple tasks, detail-oriented, able to work independently. Must demonstrate excellent customer services skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
