We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join the Marco's team. This position requires expertise in candidate sourcing, interviewing, and aligning candidates with the organization's needs and culture. The Specialist will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including creating job descriptions and postings, coordinating with hiring managers, sourcing candidates and conducting interviews. This role is dedicated to ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for all hires. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a knack for identifying top talent, and a passion for creating a positive candidate and employee experience.
