Key Responsibilities Manage the full life cycle of recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating job offers Collaborate with hiring managers to fulfill staffing needs and ensure timely and quality candidate selection Track recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system to meet hiring metrics and goals Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Management, or a related field 2-4 years of recruiting / sourcing experience in corporate recruiting Experience with HR applications and Applicant Tracking Systems Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Experience in Engineering or IT recruiting is preferred
