Job Description :
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in managing full-cycle recruiting for a variety of positions across departments and geographic locations. This role requires someone experienced, adaptable, and confident working closely with hiring managers to meet ongoing staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Act as the recruitment partner for designated departments, aligning hiring plans with business goals
- Maintain and update staffing priorities based on organizational needs
- Conduct regular check-ins with department leads to provide updates and adjust hiring strategies
- Source, screen, and present qualified candidates across multiple levels and functions
- Assist with building diverse candidate pipelines to support workforce equity goals
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and finalize offers
- Utilize various channels including job boards, direct outreach, and events to attract top talent
- Leverage the ATS (Oracle / ORC) to manage applicant tracking and workflow updates
- Build strong internal partnerships and support employer branding initiatives
- Take on additional recruitment projects as assigned
