Join our team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll have the opportunity to work closely with both wholesale and retail customers to provide outstanding service and support. You'll also be responsible for quickly resolving customer concerns and ensuring satisfaction while achieving store sales goals.

You will be expected to work at Store #2025, located at : 2305 N Federal Hwy Pompano Beach FL 33062.

Key responsibilities include :

• Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
• Assisting customers both in person and over the phone by understanding their needs and presenting suitable products and services.
• Building trusting relationships with customers to promote loyalty.
• Accurately processing sales transactions while adhering to company policies.
• Meeting and exceeding monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
• Maintaining organized work order files and product formulas.
• Pulling products from sales floors or warehouses as needed.
• Tinting and mixing products to meet customer specifications.
• Stocking shelves and setting up visually appealing displays.
• Maintaining store equipment and cleanliness.
• Loading and unloading delivery trucks as necessary.
• Delivering products to customers when needed.
• Keeping assigned areas well-stocked and presentable.
• Remaining knowledgeable about products and discussing options with customers.
• Following inventory control procedures.
• Suggesting improvements to enhance sales.
