Position : Payroll Coordinator

Location : Sparks, NV

Duration : 4 month contract

Compensation : $24-25 / hr W2 + benefits

As a Payroll Coordinator, you will report to the payroll manager and perform a wide variety of recordkeeping and payroll processing activities. You will manage SNC's subsidiaries payroll runs, labor timesheet adjustments, processing contractor timesheets and staffing agency invoicing activity. You will also assist in timesheet audits and respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll-related inquiries. 100% onsite.

Skills : Must Haves :

Ability to process basic functions and formulas in Microsoft Excel.

Preferred :

Analytical abilities, time management, organizational and communication skills are essential

Familiarity with payroll software

Education : Must Haves :

High School Diploma or GED Equivalent and typically 2 or more years of relevant experience

Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
