Newark, NJ | Onsite

$65,000–$85,000 DOE

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | Friday 8:00 AM–1:00 PM

Position Overview

A growing organization is seeking a Talent Coordinator to help create a professional, welcoming, and consistent employee experience. This role will own new-hire orientation and support Talent/HR initiatives across onboarding, learning and development, employee engagement, recognition, and internal communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and coordinate new-hire orientation and onboarding
  • Coordinate learning and development programs, including scheduling, resources, participation, and follow-up
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, and culture initiatives
  • Coordinate internal Talent communications, including the employee newsletter
  • Handle day-to-day employee requests and provide responsive support
  • Maintain Talent systems, documentation, resources, and reporting
  • Coordinate Talent projects from planning through completion

Qualifications

  • 2–4+ years of experience in HR, Talent, L&D, or a related people-focused role
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable presenting to groups and working with employees and managers at all levels
  • Professional, personable, and service-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail, judgment, and discretion
  • Experience with Asana and learning management systems preferred
  • Interest in using technology to improve processes and efficiency
