Role Overview :
The Recruiter manages the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to onboarding new hires. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's hiring needs, the ability to source and attract top talent, and the capability to foster positive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. The Recruiter will act as a brand ambassador for KCI Wireless, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities :
- Talent Sourcing :
Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
Draft clear and compelling job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers.
Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
Facilitate the interview process, including coordinating with interview panels and providing interview guidance.
Communicate regularly with candidates to ensure they are informed and engaged throughout the hiring process.
Promote KCI Wireless as an employer of choice through participation in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other networking events.
Work with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
