Overview
Under the supervision of the Director – Talent Management, the Manager – Talent Management will serve as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing expert HR guidance and support across multiple properties and global locations. This role will focus on support for new property openings and expansions and performance management.
Responsibilities
Essential duties include, but are not limited to :
Talent Management :
- Support the management of talent pipelines by sourcing and attracting qualified candidates for new or expanding properties.
- Support at community outreach events, such as job fairs, career workshops, and networking events
- Support the team member performance review process
- Assist in the Talent Review process across multiple properties
