As a Host at Cracker Barrel, youll greet our guests with a smile and the warm welcome Cracker Barrel is famous for. Youll often be the first face our guests see, so you must have a Pleasing People attitude. From the host stand to the dining room, youll serve up hospitality while caring for our guests who are waiting for their table.??
Practice Hospitality in Action : ?
Ensure that guests feel welcomed and cared for while they wait to be seated.
Maintain wait times and keep an eye out for open tables.
Exhibit teamwork by helping out as needed.
