Job description
A company is looking for a Senior Tax Accountant. Key Responsibilities Prepare and e-file the Company's annual consolidated Federal and state income tax returns and quarterly estimated payments Reconcile general ledger trial balances and assist with forecasting taxable income and tax attributes Respond to notices from tax authorities and support preparation of journal entries for tax provisions Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting; advanced degree is a plus Completion of CPA exam 2-4 years of tax experience, preferably with a public accounting firm Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups Familiarity with corporate tax software and financial reporting systems
