Position Summary

Senior Tax Analyst supports the income tax compliance and financial reporting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, GAAP financial reporting and analysis of income taxes, coordination of tax compliance services by the third-party service providers and recommendation of improvements of tax processes.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist with the ASC 740 quarterly and annual income tax provision
• Prepare book-to-tax adjustments and compile supporting schedules relative to the Company's income / franchise tax filings; oversee externally prepared tax returns for completeness and accuracy
• Assist with monitoring and assessing the impact of tax law changes on the Company's operating activities
• Participate on special projects, including research of tax laws, preparation of analysis for alternatives strategies and documentation of findings and conclusions
• Perform monthly analysis for tax accounts, including reconciliation to tax provision analysis
• Prepare quarterly estimated tax payments and year-end extension requests
• Assist with tax examinations and inquiries from taxing authorities
• Other duties as assigned
