What You'll Do as the Senior Tax Attorney :

• Lead tax aspects of M&A and real estate transactions
• Manage junior associates and paralegals on complex projects
• Engage in high-level client interactions
• Focus on pass-through entities and C-Corporation planning
• Handle QSBS and irrevocable trust structuring
• Contribute to family office planning, real estate ventures, and estate planning transactions
• Provide tax guidance on internal restructurings, litigation, and employment disputes
