A company is looking for a Tax Director to oversee client engagements and manage tax planning and consulting efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee multiple client engagements, managing tax planning and compliance from start to finish
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and assist in generating new business opportunities
Develop staff through supervision, coaching, and performance reviews
Required Qualifications
BA / BS Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive public accounting experience
8+ years of experience leading and mentoring teams
CPA certification and prior leadership in a tax role at a public accounting firm
Strong background in partnership taxation and proficiency in tax software
