Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and review complex federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
- Research and resolve complex tax issues while providing proactive tax planning strategies
- Maintain and strengthen client relationships through ongoing communication and exceptional service
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff and senior accountants
- Monitor engagement budgets and deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate delivery
- Stay current with tax legislation and compliance regulations affecting clients
- Assist with internal process improvements and firm-wide initiatives
