Paradigm is currently in search of a Tax Manager to support our client based in the Central Valley area of California. As a Tax Manager, you will lead a team of tax professionals, overseeing complex tax filings and reviews, and provide strategic tax planning and advisory services. Location :  Stockton, CA (Onsite for the first 6 months then Hybrid)

As a Tax Manager, you will :

• Oversee and review the work of tax seniors and other team members.
• Manage tax filings for partnerships (Form 1065), C corp (Form 1120), and S-pass-through entities (Form 1120S.)
• Provide strategic tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients (Form 1040 and related schedules.)
• Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
• Lead initiatives to improve tax processes and client satisfaction, contributing to the firm’s growth.
