Ability to adopt new technologies and processes and recommend best practices to implement the use of new technologies and processes. A High School Diploma or equivalent Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite 3 years or more of administrative experience in a professional services environment Completed coursework from an accredited college / university or an Associate's degree

How you will contribute :
- Assembling tax returns, including transmission to client and government
- Assisting the tax department (scanning tax documentation, filing, etc.)
- Working on tax work-flow management
- E-filing tax returns & extensions and monitoring of tax acceptances
- Assisting with report processing & front desk reception duties as required
- Providing administrative support to partners and practice management teams
- Composing and editing letters, memos, meeting minutes and other firm correspondence, as needed
- Managing tax due dates and delivering tax deliverables
- Assisting in other administrative functions (filing, scanning, binding, ordering supplies, etc.)
- Other duties as required
