Job descriptionAssisting with the initial tax interview by entering client and W-2 information into our tax software. Helping to finalize the interview by assembling tax returns, gathering required signatures, reviewing the tax return with clients, and completing necessary bookkeeping tasks. Providing exceptional service to all H&R Block clients. Performing other duties as assigned. High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong reading and math skills necessary to effectively conduct the tax return interview. Excellent communication skills for direct interaction with clients both in-person and over the phone. Experience with Windows-based software applications. Additional state and local eligibility requirements may apply. Access to an Employee Assistance Program and Health Advocate services.
