Job descriptionDetention Pay : $12.50 / hour after 2 hours. Layover / Breakdown Pay : $100 / day. Performance Bonus : Earn up to 3 CPM extra based on performance. Full Benefits : Health, dental, and vision starting after 30 days. Paid Orientation : We cover travel and lodging to get you started. Age : 21+ Experience : 3+ months of recent CDL-A experience (Local, OTR, or Regional in the last 3 years). Equipment Experience : Must have operated trailers over 40 feet. Driving Record : No more than 3 moving violations in 3 years (max 2 in the last 12 months). Safety Record : No more than 4 incidents in 3 years and no DOT-recordable accidents. Drug Testing : Must pass hair follicle and urine tests. No SAP Drivers.
