About Company
Our client helps high school students build real-world career skills, confidence, and mentorship connections through high-energy, full-day career conferences and workshops. They are a fast-growing, mission-driven education company—and their events are the heartbeat of what they do.
The Role (Who this is for)

If you love public speaking, thrive in live environments, and want to make a measurable impact on students, you’ll love this role.
What You’ll Do
Lead full-day, in-person career conferences and workshops at high schools
Facilitate interactive sessions on career readiness, mentorship, communication, and life skills
Emcee and manage the flow of the day (energy, transitions, timing, problem-solving)
Build trust quickly with students and create a supportive, high-engagement environment
Collaborate with school staff, mentors, and internal team members to deliver a standout experience
Support prep, planning, and continuous improvement from our Summerlin office on non-event days
Qualifications (What we’re looking for)
Required / Strongly Preferred
Confident public speaker with strong group facilitation skills
Comfortable connecting with teens (relatable, positive, high-energy)
Able to lead workshops for 5–6+ hours and stay engaged and upbeat
Highly reliable and organized (strong follow-through, punctual, prepared)
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and comfort with local travel
Bonus Points
Recent grads with campus leadership (student orgs, ambassador programs, orientation leader, etc.)
Experience in youth programs, coaching, facilitation, events, recruiting, or community outreach
Comfortable using Google Drive / Docs, Notion-style tools, basic presentation tech
Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to) : $24.04 - $28.85 Per Hour
