About Our Office Assistant Position :

Our Office Assistant is the welcoming face of Resilient Health and is responsible for greeting visitors, checking in participants, answering and routing incoming calls, and other general office tasks. This is a part-time, 20 hour per week, position with hours of Monday - Friday 2 : 00 pm to 6 : 00 pm.

What an Office Assistant Does at Resilient Health :

• Provides courteous and respectful customer service to employees and participants
• Greets visitors, checks in participants, collects copays and schedules appointments
• Answers and routes incoming calls
• Maintains petty cash
• Assists with art gallery purchases
• Provides general information to participants, stakeholders and community partners
• Opens and sorts all incoming mail
• Maintains office equipment and orders office supplies
• Respects confidentiality of participant information

Requirements for This Position :

What This Position Pays : Up to $17.00 per hour, depending on experience, plus a $1 per hour language differential
