As a Technical Support Specialist / Engineer in our Customer Success department at VIDA you will have the opportunity to :
Act as a point of contact for VIDA customers by creating effective solutions to challenging technical issues. You will use your troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to identify and diagnose issues, make recommendations, and implement solutions.
Work with VIDA partners to support the integration of products
Improve customer references by writing and maintaining documentation, optimizing learning databases, and effectively tracking issues.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or another related technical field or equivalent education and experience
3+ years of experience working as a Salesforce.com administrator including workflows, process improvements, and identification of issues
Experience using Python for scripting
Prior experience in building and delivering process / service delivery design.
