Analyst III, Technical Support Job Summary

Under minimal supervision, this role involves configuring and installing complex software for desktops and mobile devices, providing advanced technical support for software and hardware, and troubleshooting complex issues. The analyst will also assist with data analysis, system monitoring, and documentation.

Analyst III, Technical Support Responsibilities

Process and resolve complex IT support tickets, escalating when necessary.
Identify and troubleshoot software, hardware, and database issues.
Write and execute database scripts to correct invalid data.
Work with external vendors and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
Develop and maintain user guides and support documentation.
Lead technical support initiatives and provide post-development support.
Generate management reports and contribute to system monitoring.
Mentor junior team members as needed.

Analyst III, Technical Support Position Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field, or equivalent experience.

At least four (4) years of relevant IT support experience.

SQL queries and scripting

Troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues

Customer service and conflict resolution

Technical documentation and communication

Experience with help desk systems and remote access tools

Office setting with standard work conditions.
