Job Overview :
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technical Architect to join our client’s team. This role requires a professional who is adept at operating within a hybrid model, with the flexibility to be onsite a few times a week. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in systems architecture, with extensive knowledge of computer platforms, backend systems, and Agile methodologies.
Requirements
- Define, document, and maintain business process maps, requirements, use cases, user stories, technical specifications, and test artifacts.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve software and hardware issues for the OnBoard Information System.
- Collaborate with vendors to ensure solid, reliable solutions while challenging deficiencies when necessary.
- Present confidently to project teams, leveraging strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Apply Agile methodologies (SCRUM / SAFe) to enhance project efficiency and outcomes.
- Create and document Project Life Cycle Management (PLM) artifacts and process steps.
- Utilize tools like Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, and ServiceNow to streamline collaboration and workflow.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 tools for documentation, reporting, and project management.
- Work onsite in Washington, DC, several times a week as part of a hybrid work model.
- Adapt to a fast-paced, high-visibility environment, contributing effectively to integrated team efforts.
