Position Summary
The Technical Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and performance of the technical team, ensuring all arcade and game equipment is maintained in top condition. This role ensures high-quality service, guest satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency. The Technical Manager sets performance standards, drives continuous improvement, and fosters a positive, safety-focused work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Supervision
- Supervise, train, and develop Technicians and Technical Assistants
- Conduct interviews, performance reviews, and assist in hiring and terminations
- Provide coaching, progressive discipline, and recognition as needed
- Ensure consistent communication, feedback, and quarterly performance check-ins
- Foster collaboration across departments and represent the team in internal meetings
