Role Overview :
We are seeking a Technical Architect ServiceNow to lead the implementation, integration, development, and support of ServiceNow solutions. This role involves working closely with business analysts, process leaders, and cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, high-performance solutions aligned with industry best practices. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in ITSM, ITBM, ITOM, and ITAM while providing technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators , providing guidance on implementation, integration, data transfer, support, and enhancements .
- Architect and develop custom applications and integrations on the ServiceNow platform to address business needs.
- Apply best practices in web development to create robust and scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with business analysts and process leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions .
- Stay updated with ServiceNow advancements and emerging trends to drive innovation.
- Perform assessments and evaluations of existing ServiceNow implementations and recommend improvements.
- Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications.
- Provide technical mentorship to development teams and ensure high-quality project execution .
- Lead ServiceNow implementation projects , including scoped applications and full lifecycle deployments .
- Advise on ITIL processes, risk, and business impacts related to ServiceNow solutions.
