The position :

- Interview and screen candidates for technical ability as well as personality / culture
- Work as a part of a cohesive team of driven professionals looking to help candidates further their career
- Utilize internet resume databases, employee referrals, cold calling, and social networking as well as other creative sourcing techniques to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner
- Create compelling job postings to attract technical talent
- Check references to ensure applicants are in good standing with previous organizations
- Conduct full life-cycle recruiting with a focus on technical roles
- Ensure recruiting solutions are consistent with the accounting department and long-term candidate pipeline creation to attract the top talent in the technical industry
- Develop and implement sourcing plans for accounting including industry recruiting resources, networking, direct sourcing, and diversity sources
- Conduct in-depth interviews using behavioral and core competency assessment techniques
- Document all recruitment related activity in accordance with the established expectations
- Advise management on technical staffing / sourcing practices, identify talent pool and / or geographic constraints providing creative solutions
- Ensure compliance with EEOC regulations

The ideal candidate would preferably have a Bachelor’s degree, have a high level of competitive drive, intuitiveness, ambition to succeed, leadership skills, communication skills, and be self-motivated. As long as you were willing to adapt and learn, you can be successful!
