    • Create and maintain detailed tech packs, including specs, tolerances, grading, construction / stitching details, and fit evaluation notes.
    • Collaborate with design, production teams, and external vendors to ensure accurate product development.
    • Evaluate samples for fit, measurement accuracy, pattern, construction quality, and functionality.
    • Provide clear technical direction and corrective action plans to achieve brand-specific fit and styling.

    • Work comfortably with a global supplier base, particularly in China, ensuring clear and effective communication with overseas teams.
    • Adapt to and utilize PLM systems, technical design software, and new processes efficiently.
    • Professional Qualifications

    • A bachelor’s degree in Design, Technical Design, or Patternmaking is preferred but not required; equivalent professional experience in technical design or a related field will also be considered.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of patternmaking, garment construction, industry-standard fit, and grading techniques.
    • Strong mathematical skills to ensure accurate spec revisions and measurements.
    • Proficient in creating tech packs with a high level of detail and clarity.
    • Ability to lead fittings confidently, take precise notes, and provide actionable feedback.
    • Superior organizational, time management, and written communication skills.
    • Team-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment while maintaining accountability and accuracy.
