Establish North American lab, be responsible for operation management and technical coordination of all work;
Train team talents and construct echelon building of talents;
Organize the team to provide localized R & D services (including but not limited to Design & Simulation & Evaluation & Demo) for North American customers in efficient coordination with the headquarters, and be responsible for customer satisfaction;
Collect, investigate and analyze North American market & technology information, and provide timely and effective decision-making suggestions to the headquarter.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Optics, Computer, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering and other related majors;
At least 5 years of experience in product definition and product planning related to mobile camera module, VR, AR, sports camera, etc. or at least 7 years of experience in system design of related products;
Possess own unique opinions based on in-depth market research. And put forward the potential needs of consumers, then make forward-looking product planning.
