Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the PIA engineering team, ensuring effective project coordination and team performance Facilitate project planning and prioritization meetings, coordinating with Quality Assurance and Change Management teams Serve as a key contact for client interactions, tracking deliverables and maintaining communication on project progress Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required At least 5 years of experience in technical leadership or engineering management roles At least 2 years of hands-on software development experience Prior experience managing distributed teams in fully remote environments Familiarity with AWS Cloud, Serverless architecture, and related technologies
