Job descriptionExperience : 8+ years of experience in Oracle technologies, with expertise in Oracle ERP, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, Oracle Fusion Middleware, and related tools. Technical Skills : Strong background in Oracle PL / SQL, Oracle Database administration, and integration tools (e.g., Oracle SOA, Oracle Data Integrator). Architectural Expertise : Proven ability to design end-to-end Oracle solutions in complex enterprise environments. Problem Solving : Exceptional troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Certifications : Oracle Certified Professional (OCP) or similar certifications are highly desirable. Prior experience working with geographically distributed teams. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices. Experience with cloud migration projects, particularly to Oracle Cloud.

Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle solutions to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Architectural Design : Develop and lead Oracle-based technical architectures, ensuring scalability, performance, and security align with business needs.
- Solution Implementation : Oversee and participate in the implementation and integration of Oracle applications, databases, and middleware.
- Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Technical Leadership : Provide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to development teams and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Performance Optimization : Monitor and enhance the performance of Oracle environments, addressing bottlenecks and implementing improvements.
- Documentation & Standards : Create and maintain detailed documentation for solutions and ensure compliance with architectural standards and guidelines.
- Upgrades & Modernization : Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and lead initiatives for system upgrades and process improvements.
