Job Summary :
The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process for technical positions within the company. This includes sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates for various technical roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical job requirements, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical staffing needs and job requirements.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct initial phone screens and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and qualifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers based on interview outcomes.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future openings.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting.
Track and report on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of technical roles and required skills (e.g., software developers, engineers, IT specialists).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to effectively manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
