GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter to drive full-cycle talent acquisition across Club Car. This role requires a proactive and strategic talent acquisition professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong ability to source hard-to-find talent, and can adapt to evolving business needs.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES

  • Manage the full lifecycle recruiting process for a wide range of roles across manufacturing, supply chain, engineering, and corporate functions.
  • Source, engage, and pipeline top talent through direct sourcing methods, including LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, university partnerships, and social media platforms.
  • Act as a strategic recruitment partner by collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and execute hiring strategies.
  • Conduct screening, interviewing, and candidate selection, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Lead salary negotiations and offer extensions, guiding candidates through the post-offer process.
  • Define position benchmarks, job competencies, and candidate profiles in alignment with hiring managers and Total Rewards.
  • Partner with Total Rewards & Compensation teams to ensure competitive offers and compliance with market standards.
  • Provide training and education to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, EEOC, OFCCP, and other relevant hiring laws.
  • Continuously refine and optimize recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will be required to perform other duties as requested, directed, or assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on hard-to-fill and technical roles.
  • Strong direct sourcing expertise for niche and high-demand roles.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple openings with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on relationship-building.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage competing priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in ATS systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools

KEY COMPETENCIES

  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deal with and manage uncertainty and change.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to complete a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
  • Demonstrates an ability to teach others how to use various systems effectively.
  • Ability to keep up with changing technologies
  • Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices, as well as applicable policies and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or listen.
  • This position may be required to stand, walk, sit, use hands to feel; reach with hand and arms, and stoop, kneel or crouch as needed.
  • Specific vision requirements include the ability to see at close range, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
